Mark Fitzgerald has a passion for education and has been working in higher education for over twenty-five years. Mark is the Chief Information Security Officer and Executive Director of Customer Care at Boise State University and is also an adjunct professor in the College of Business and Economics. He has presented all over the world at conferences, local chapter meetings, and Higher Education meetings. He has chaired organizations such as the Higher Education Support Forum and the HDI Desktop Support Advisory Board.  Mark is a service and support thought leader and often seen as an industry maverick, being known for innovation, efficiency, team culture and customer service. His work has specialized in service desks, contracts and negotiations, ITIL, compliance, process, IT operations and running IT as a business.  Mark loves being a part of organizations such as Westnet where people can make a difference.
